The Loft
Rental Price: $1,000
Seats: Up to 285 people
The Loft is a stunning open space located on the second level above the Gasthof Restaurant and is accessible via Elevator. You have access to the Loft from 8 am- Midnight. A fee of $100 per hour is charged for every hour past midnight. You have until 12:00 noon the following day to come back to get your items and decorations. Included in your rental is access to the loft the day before your event to decorate and set up tables. Catering is provided by the Gasthof Restaurant at the prices listed on the packet above and include plastic plates, plastic silverware, and plastic cups. Not provided are decorations, table coverings, cake plates & forks, bar service, and set-up. You are responsible for getting a licensed bartender if you are having alcohol. Additional decorating days can be added for a $200 per day fee.
Large Banquet Building
Rental Price: $800
Seats: Up to 180 people
The Large Banquet Building is centrally located between the Gazebo & Village Inn on ground level. It is located separate from the hotel & restaurant which allows for 24 hour access. You have until 12:00 noon the following day to come back to get your items and decorations. Included in your rental is access to the banquet building the day before your event to decorate and set up tables. Catering is provided by the Gasthof Restaurant at the prices listed on the packet above and include plastic plates, plastic silverware, and plastic cups. Not provided are decorations, table coverings, cake plates & forks, bar service, and set-up. You are responsible for getting a licensed bartender if you are having alcohol. Additional decorating days can be added for a $200 per day fee.
The Gasthof Room
Rental Price: $50- 1/2 day (4 hrs or less), $100 full day
Seats: Up to 50 classroom style or 80 banquet style
The Gasthof room is located on the main level of the Restaurant. It is perfect for smaller groups, corporate meetings, birthday parties, showers, and family reunions! Groups using this room must dine from our buffet.
